Phillip Shuford

Director of Missions
Brother Phillip has served as Tri-County’s Director of Missions since 2013. Originally from North Carolina, he has served as pastor, executive pastor, interim pastor, Minister of Education and worship leader in churches from North Carolina, Texas and Florida; and has served as Church and Communities Ministries Director and Church Development Director for two Baptist Associations.
He is passionate about pastors and churches. He and his wife have two school-age children and are members at First Baptist Church of Ozark.

Bob Long

Associate Director
of Missions
Brother Bob has lived in Christian County for most of his life, and has pastored churches in Tri-County for over 20 years, currently serving the Billings First Baptist Church as pastor. He has served as Tri-County’s president (moderator) for many years. He is a gifted pastor and strategic thinker. He and his wife live in Billings.

Meleta Getman

Administrative Asst.
& Financial Secretary
Meleta has served Tri-County since 2009, and keeps the Tri-County office running while our directors are out in the field with churches and pastors. She helps make Tri-County “information central” for our churches. She and her husband and their son live in Ozark and are active at Prospect Baptist Church.

Kyle Rapinchuk

Campus Missionary, Ozarks BSU
Kyle and his wife Kristin have served as Campus Missionaries with the Baptist Student Union at the College of the Ozarks in Hollister, Missouri since 2012. Kyle has a Ph.D. in Old Testament from Gateway Baptist Theological Seminary. He and Kristin have three children and are members at First Baptist Church of Branson.
