Block Party Trailer

WHO CAN USE IT?
Tri-County’s block party trailer is for the exclusive use of Tri-County Baptist Association churches to help them reach their communities for Christ. We pray your church’s ministry event is a blessing! Please note that it is not available for individual use or for organizations outside the Tri-County Baptist Association.

Generator (does not work on a consistent basis due to not being used regularly)

IS THERE A COST?
$50 “wear and tear” fee (non-refundable)
$200 security deposit (refundable)
HOW DO WE RESERVE IT?
- Call Tri-County at (417) 725-8825 or email debbie@tcsba.com to inquire as to availability.
- If the trailer is available, complete the online block party trailer Request Form once you receive it by email.
- Submit $250 ($50 “wear and tear” fee and $200 security deposit) by mailing a check to Tri-County, PO Box 370, Nixa, 65714.
- Once Tri-County receives your payment, another email will be sent with instructions for picking up the trailer and opening it.
- Pick up the trailer from Tri-County’s office no earlier than 24 hours prior to your event (must have the combination that is sent in the confirmation email).
- Make sure your event leaders understand how to use the trailer’s items by viewing the short videos in the column on the right.
- Take photos of how the items are arranged in the trailer prior to removing them for use so they can be returned to the correct positions.
- REIMBURSING YOUR $200 DEPOSIT: Your deposit will be returned after:
The trailer is returned by the promised date.
The trailer has been returned in clean, good condition. Another church will use the trailer after you!
All items are in their indicated places before returning to Tri-County (take photos prior to removing items from trailer for use).
We received your Event Report form (fill out online here: Event Highlights Form).
Note: A deduction from the security deposit will be made if one or more of the above are not followed or if items are returned wet or dirty.

Complete EVENT HIGHLIGHTS FORM (required to receive $200 deposit back) – this will be emailed to the event coordinator once the trailer has been returned
